Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-10-16. Solunex Technologies runs SSDO and is responsible for the personal data described here. We aim to handle it in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we keep

• Account: your email, username, a salted hash of your password (never the password), sign-in and security events.
• Workspace: its name, plan, members, rooms, and the messages and notes you post in rooms.
• Database structure you choose to share: table and column names, types, keys and links, and the changes between versions. Not rows or values. SSDO's tools never read them.
• Billing: plan, amounts, currency, receipt numbers and payment references. If you turn on automatic renewal: the card's brand, last four digits and expiry, and an encrypted token from Paystack that lets us renew that card (deleted when you stop automatic renewal). Not card numbers: Paystack holds those.
• Referrals and feedback: your referral code and earnings; messages you send us.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data or show advertising.
• We do not connect to your database from our servers, and we never hold your database password.
• We do not send your data to AI models, except structure only, when you choose to use an AI tool.

Who helps us run SSDO

Hosting (Render), email delivery (our mail provider), and payments (Paystack). They process data only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

While your account is open. Change history older than your plan's window is hidden, and removed after a further 90 days. When you ask us to delete your account we delete it, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to how we use it. Ask on the contact page; we will answer within 30 days.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions and keys are revocable, optional two-step sign-in is available on every plan, and the private parts of a workspace are visible only to the people they are shared with. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.
