Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-10-16. These terms are between you and Solunex Technologies ("we", "us"), who run SSDO.
1. The service
SSDO reads and explains the structure of databases (names, types, keys and links), tracks structure changes, and helps teams review changes before they are made. SSDO does not read the rows of your database. You are responsible for what you connect and who you invite.
2. Your account
You must give a real email address and keep your password and keys safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think it was misused. You must be at least 18 to open a paid workspace; younger learners may use Academy features only as their school or guardian permits.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use SSDO to break the law, attack or probe systems you do not own, upload data you have no right to share, harass others, resell the service without our written permission, or try to bypass limits or security. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why when we can.
4. Plans and payment
SSDO is free to use while we gather feedback and no payment is taken. If we start charging, we will say so on this page and in the product before any price applies to you, and nothing you have stored is deleted because of it.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to what you bring to SSDO. You allow us to store and process it only to run the service for you. Room chat, notes and shared structure are visible to the people in that room, and to nobody else. A mentor you invite sees only what that room shares, for the time you set.
6. AI tools
If you connect an AI tool (for example through the optional MCP server) you do so on your own machine and with your own account at that provider. SSDO sends such tools structure only, never rows, and a suggestion from an AI tool is never treated as a finding by SSDO.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep SSDO available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features; we will not delete your workspace's content without notice except where the law requires.
8. Liability
SSDO explains structure and flags risks, but it cannot see your data or your application, so you are responsible for reviewing a change before you run it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending
You can stop using SSDO at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end the service to you for breach of these terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Contact: contact page.
